**Currently, only admins can manage Project Boards.

STARS allows for the creation of many Project Boards which can each have their own team members.  Simply select the More button from your STARS boards.  Next, choose Manage Boards.

Your list of Project Boards will be displayed.  In order to add team members to your board, select Edit.

A new selection will appear to the right.  Pick the team member you would like to add and then select Add.

The new team member will appear in your list of board members.
