How do I Create an Avatar?

**Currently, only admins can add avatars to a user’s account.

In order to have an avatar on a user’s account, the user must create an avatar with Gravatar.  Gravatar is powered by WordPress.  Therefore, if the user does not have a WordPress account, Gravatar will direct them to create a WordPress account, if you don’t already have one.

Once the Gravatar profile is created with the image the user want to use as their avatar, you can assign the avatar to the user STARS.  Simply select the More button from your STARS board.  Next, choose Manage Organization.

If you are an admin, you will see the user’s in your team.  Select Edit for the user for whom you would like to assign an avatar.  The user’s detailed information will appear to the right.

In the email box, enter the email used to create a Gravatar/WordPress account.  The user’s avatar is now assigned.
